Onsite Support

For installation, consultancy, data conversion and any OffCon related matters excluding training we offer various annual support level agreement(SLA) and adhoc packages where we can attend your premises and provide assistance at your location. New customers purchasing OffCon v4.0 may also purchase a Support Level Agreement. If you are an existing OffCon customer please contact OffCon support directly to purchase or renew Support Level Agreements.

You must have a Support Level Agreement in place to receive technical telephone support.

OffCon Gold Support Level Agreement

• Maximum of THREE on site support visits within the M25 London Orbital, United Kingdom (a surcharge will apply to locations outside of this zone).
• Telephone support.
• Email Support (replies within 6 hours).
• Website based OffCon FAQs.

OffCon Silver Support Level Agreement

• Maximum of TWO on site support visits within the M25 London Orbital, United Kingdom (a surcharge will apply to locations outside of this zone).
• Telephone support.
• Email Support (replies within 24 hours).
• Website based OffCon FAQs.

OffCon Broze Support Level Agreement

• Maximum of ONE on site support visits within the M25 London Orbital, United Kingdom (a surcharge will apply to locations outside of this zone).
• Telephone support.
• Email Support (replies within 36 hours).
• Website based OffCon FAQs.

Adhoc Support
Adhoc support is charged on a per hour basis while on site. This option is more expensive with rates starting from £45+VAT per hour depending on location.
