Data are only shared with third parties as part of our contracted services and/or if required to do so by UK law. This may include transfer of data within the European Economic Area. We cannot accept responsibility for any processing conducted by a third party outside our remit.
We have become aware of the Amendment (2011) to the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003. In line with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) Guidance on compliance, we have completed an audit of our website and we do not utilise cookies and/or similar technologies on our systems.
None of the above affects the individual’s rights of access under the Act. This request should be directed to the Information Officer. Please note that Frontline Partnership Limited reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of £10 for this service.
