Community Links Forum

What is the Community Links Forum?
The forum is an opportunity to spend an  hour connecting with people and organisations that have a passion for building community.  The forum will enable faces to be put to names, share information about  what is happening ‘out  there’ and  open up opportunities for further discussion.   Anybody wishing to continue discussions after the hour would be welcome to go into the Colours Cafe at Sawyers Church.
Who is the Forum for and how will it work?
The forum is aimed at anybody interested in growing community in Brentwood and the surrounding area.  One speaker from each organisation/group will have a brief opportunity to let other people know about the services on offer, any specific needs you have or things you have surplus to requirements that may be of use to other organisations.
What will you need to bring with you?
Please bring along business cards or compliments slips to pass on your contact details to other attendees however please be aware we do not have storage capacity and therefore we ask you to take home any surplus materials. Coffee or tea and biscuits will be available.
How often will the forum meet?
The forum will meet twice yearly at Sawyers Church.  Our aim is to make the group as effective as possible by facilitating regular contact without interfering too much into the working day.
Please note
The organisers take no responsibility regarding the credibility of the attendees (people or organisations) or the quality of services they deliver. The forum has been arranged without specific funding and attendees are responsible for following up any potential leads themselves as the organisers do not have the capacity to record and disseminate information other than a list of interested parties’ emails.
