Onsite & Remote Support

We offer both onsite and remote support to maintain your infrastructure. The increasing organisational decisions to allow employees to work from home has escalated the need for remote support. This will always be our preferred method of support especially in the light of the Coronavirus pandemic. Generally most issues can be resolved remotely and securely.

Onsite & Remote Support In Detail

Onsite Support

Whenever there is a physical issue with your infrastructure, we will service it onsite during office hours. However, it may be necessary to have access to your offices during out of office periods. Onsite support will cover issues agreed within the Service Level Agreement or Ad hoc service request.

Remote Support

Most support can be carried out over the phone and through remote access. With your permission we will set up remote access protocols if none are already in place so that every computer is accessible to allow remote computer servicing and help with user issues.
